Hi all,

Any idea where I can find software/drivers for a UTU1780D-ZA-A for Windows 8.1 64bit?

IBurst tech support just told me it is compatible with Windows 8.1 but after 2 emails where I stated I cannot find the drivers/software/dashboard they have yet to point me in the right direction other than "On their website"...

I found their FTP site but nothing is labeled very well ITO what to download. I tried one download which appears to be the latest "Terminal" but it says only compatible with 32bit Windows.

I borrowed this modem from a relative of mine who isn't using it anymore and want to test it where I live and perhaps sign up if it works ok.

Is it the small USB one or the Large desktop one?

Hi psion. It's a USB one in that it connects via USB cable. I'd say about the size of those old pcmcia 3G cards so I think it's smaller than those big desktop modems I've seen pictures of. Will link a picture when I'm at a PC. Replying via phone at the moment.

Thanks ginggs. I will try that later tonight. Though the picture isn't the same I assume mine is the USB User Terminal - Newer Versions (Or perhaps older version). Will report back :)
