UUNET intl slow

Hi

Is anyone else having problems with uunet intl speeds this afternoon, they where fine this morning so i doubt if the error is on my side.

Mine seem normal - the protocols that work anyway.

Anyone else having problems with international browsing on UUNET? I can't download anything @ more than 5KB/s on http, the rest seems perfect.
