Telkom were never allowed to provide cables to 'harbour, railways and airport' properties. First it was Transtel and then neotel after TT was split. Telkom still has to lease any cables on these properties from neotel.

So the biggest loser here is neotel....

yep railways, harbours and airports are really where Neotel have failed the market

If the V&A ends up having fruit Telkom will sooner rather than later look to facilities leasing

True that, I know for a fact that infrastructure at OR Tambo is deregulated.

One would think they were also never allowed to provide any infrastructure in the whole of SA...

I am proudly a Telkom ADSL and a 3G TM subscriber because theirs services works as compared to all the other providers I have tried over the years.
