V. Rewards Allocation

The above seems to be a bit fuzzy, i would like to clarify how the V rewards are allocated. Please check

If there is rewards due, we send you an SMS stating the amount credited. This is done 5 - 7 days after the end of the month. If you receive the SMS advising you of the rewards amount and is not allocated, pls call our sortme out customer care so that we can have them credited to your account.
 
The following needs to be fixed. To avoid that the customer feels like a liar:

R30
R60
R80
[As you can see, the Vreward system does not reflect R70, but R80, your service message said I would receive R70,08, which is wrong
R105
R130
R250
R360

The Vrewards service message also says: Vrewards are automatically allocated at "month end" as standard. That should be changed to the first 1-7 days of the new month.

Clearly, misinformation is a way communist countries succeed, it seems Virgin is taking old Gadaffi to heart.
 
lmao. ok, so if you get R30 vrewards for spending R200 per month with virgin mobile and only R360 for spending R3000+ it appears that the more you support network the less you get rewarded. To me it seems that those of us that that spend the most are "paying" for the vrewards of those that spend the least.
