I have a PC with a Asus 7300 GT 256mb graphics on a Vista PC connected to my cheapie 74cm TV via a Svideo cable.
It suffers from "tearing" when playing video though Media Centre or WM11. like when you turn V-sync off when you are getting framerates far in excess of the monitor refresh rate.
Does anyone know of a fix, before I go an tinker with all the setting that "look" like it could be the problem.
I have the TV in NTSC mode since PAL gives me a B/W image on the TV.
