watched the Pilot last night.i have no idea about the original as i was barely born but the episode last night had alot of potential! Will definetely keep up to this series but as someone else said we gonna get 4 episodes and then a break till March 2010.Eish.
 
As for the 1st ep, I still hold my jugement, I usually give these series about 3-4 episodes to either continue watching/downloading or discarding it completely.

The issue is I watched the Original series about a month or 2 ago, and there are so many differences, that I think it is better not to have seen the originals.
But lets give it a chance.
 
That main chick (Anna?) is very freaky looking. The other young blonde chick was very hot though..
 
I see that one of the co-creators of the 4400 is involved in this series so I'm excited to see how this series develops.

Newsgroups have both episodes in hi def, but 1.2GB each. Takes a while to download on a 384 line, but that doesn't stop me.
 
I hope this only goes on for 20 episodes or so like the original v. I hate these tv shows that carry on for ever.

lol there must be a xvid rip 350 mb floating around ...lol im on 384 aswell and 1.2 gb is mad for one ep. i would actually love it if someone would compress the eps even further into say 200 mb/episode.i know quality is sacrificed but still....eish.

If its even at 720p size then thats fine... 624 x 352 upscales horribly on our 40" LCD. I know, I know Im fussy and full of it...think I will rather look for the hi def ones. :p
 
Original V was before my time but i did hear about it via my older brothers so i was keen to watch this and so far im really enjoying it seen the first 2 episodes and keeps you wanting to watch the next
 
I freaking hate the son and his tubby little friend on the show, serously who the hell taught them how to act like teenagers ? .I honestly wanted to stop watching the show in the first episode when they landed on the mothership for the first time and they both had that fake '' wow this is amazing'' look on their face.
