V8 Juice

What is this V8 juice and where do i buy it? Many recipes ask for it and i tried to goggle this but find nothing in SA, but still everybody is talking about this.

The Campbell Soup company makes it.

As far as I know its not available in SA. Its about 90% tomato juice anyway.

Thanx, I got the recipe online I’ll try and make it. I’m just a bit of a disaster in the kitchen so always better to try and buy the basics and not try and make that as well.

You often see it on Spar Supermarket shelves in the Cape.
It's an addictive connoction which the Americans use to make their Bloody Marys.
Yes, Mostly water with strong overtones of tomato, Celery and sodium these are the things you can taste anyway.
The V8 Hot version is a nice boot up the arse with Jalapeno chile.
