Additional information:
You will be required to develop HR, Payroll and time and attendance systems including Integration with 3rd party ERP systems.
The environment has around 20 staff members and has a semi formal appearance.
There is a car wash across the road that provides discounts to their staff members and a few restaurants and dry cleaners within walking distance.
Limited overtime and some traveling to clients

The initial interview will include a 15 - 20 minute assessment and final interview with the Head of Department and Directors.

Not actually, if you have 2 or 3 years experience its a decent salary.

The car wash is included so you know what is around you, most Developers want to know about those kind of things. I was previously asked to post that kind of info...

LOL do you really not get it? How much simpler should I make it? The job ad is for someone with 2-4 years experience yet you say the salary is too low for you with your 20 years of experience. You can't be that dense to not see how that's irrelevant. And now you bring my salary into it so it clearly is an ego boost for you.

It's like a Forumla 3 driver position being advertised and Lewis Hamilton coming in and saying the salary is too low for him. Is that simple enough an analogy for you?
