If you take a close look at the illustrations and images on the packaging it looks like everything is shopped. Like they took stock pictures and shopped the vac onto it

How can you not see that it is completely 2 opposites?

This VAC thing sucks out the moisture and wax <--- I do not trust that, love my ears thank you.

Doctors use a syringe to spurt warm (not hot or cold) into your ear, which softens the wax, which he then removes with a tool of his choice whilst using a magnifying glass. Even while this is safer, you really only need it if you stuffed up and caused wax to get stuck in your ear by using ear swabs. My doc said its a bad idea using them at all.

I recently visited a ENT specialist and he also used a vucuum tune to clean my ears... kinda like the ones the use at the dentist to keep you from drowning in your own spit.

So not that unusual really.
