VAGRANT Slow as hell

I am trying to download the windows version.

Going to take 10 hours to finish

Why is this?

All my other downloads are quick as hell. Just Vagrant that in fact just timed out and failed as I type this.

If this is anything to go by I do not want to think what it must be like downloading a actual box through vagrant....

I want to start using Laravel and everywhere they talk about this vagrant environment.

Well vagrant is slow as fck so useless

I ended up installing laravel on windows via git bash and composer. Worked like a charm.
