Picked up a Vantec NBV-100U USB external video adapter for a colleague this morning. They need it for a 3 monitor on a SONY laptop.

Laptop running Vista 64-bit. Screens just come up blank even though drivers indicate successful install.

Tried it on desktop with Windows 7 32-bit and same story.

Tried it on desktop with Windows XP and works perfectly.

I know the Vista 64-bit might be a problem as this is marked for Win2K/XP/Vista 32-bit, but on Win7 32-bit there's still no luck.

Anyone have one of these items and managed to run it hassle free on Vista/Win7?

Trying to get latest drivers from Vantec, but all their sites are down right now. So failing that I was wondering if there might be something else to check in the meantime.
