Iburst call center is the worst, i can never get hold of someone who can help/knows what i'm talking about, got transferred three times, the last department 'Retention' did not even answer, gave up after waiting close to 15 minutes, totaling my call length to 32 minutes, i would be surprised if you have SLA's and KPI's for your call centre at this rate.
Anyway woke up today, could not surf the net, it appears i have used up all my data, how so when i have been doing my downloads at night, response i got was that my VAS was removed, when, by who no one knows, only that now i'm on Basic 2.
How does iBurst operate, correct me if i'm wrong, but does the prepayment/advance not guarantee one a months notice before such changes are made to my account, after all the coming month was already deducted, anyway will try to call them again to sort out this mess.
xln, R400 is too much for me, if thats the case i would have to start looking for alternatives or going without VAS
