I am new to VC and keep getting SMS's every day stating "VCSP account since May is R99.00". What do they want me to do about it? I signed a bank debit order so why do they not deduct it? They never gave me their banking details or ref. number to use.
Also, I don't get bills via email or post. So they just deduct from my account and I have no idea of what the amounts are for.
What number can I phone to sort this out please.
