Vcpay credit card loading?

VCPay requires a verification code off your credit card statement to authenticate your card for top ups.

The code does not show on my statement, and I tried calling the FNB call centre - they don't see the code part of the transaction reference either.

Anyone verified their cards, particularly FNB? How?

The easiest way is to contact VCpay support on 011 087 7777, or via email ([email protected]).

They'll require a copy of your card statement where you can clearly see the EasyPay/VCpay transaction for R1. You can blur/mask all of the other transactions and balances, as long as they can see that one as well as your own details (to verify that it is your statement).

FNB should be able to help you with the code though, not sure why they couldn't.

It's a bit of a mission if I'm honest, it's why I prefer topping up via EFT.
