furthermore they suspended my existing account for trying to upload a png screenshot of the error.

Anyone ever lodged a dispute with them? Trying to get all the details of what's required. Their procedures just say to fax a letter but it doesn't give the fax number or state what should be faxed like a form or something. I also don't have access to fax so would rather send an email. Are they really so in the dark ages still they only use fax?
 
Why don't you just email them? Also, you should dispute a fraudulent transaction or whatever it is you want to dispute with your bank or credit card company.

Normally yes, but if you use a payment gateway shouldn't that be the first call? I've now tried getting a response from the supplier again through other means and if that fails again will mail them.
