Hi

if anyone knows /has worked with this software-

i've installed it - local SQL db - and applied the internet retrieval of data thru https

thus my left bar can get the GPS co-ordinates for the trucks , and on the bottom bar - the sms/txt details of drivers..

HOWEVER

- my maps aren't showing up

-if i go to TOOLS->active tracking and messaging options - i get a NONE in the dropdown window for SELECT MAP VIEWER FOR TRACKING.

any suggestions..

this after installing the map cd aswell (100% automatic - no questions asked)

nope - general IT support for our little town and business

in this case transport company .

gets 2 me - even the distributors cannot help me ...uh sorry sir

nicely wasted 5 digit package per year.
