VDSL, all the sudden such high ping

I dont what has happened but my international ping is just crazy (I might be over reacting abit but its what Ive been used to) from always getting a ping of 170ms to a ping that never goes below 220ms. My speeds are the same no difference there and my local ping is what it always used to be 11ms. Absolutely nothing else has changed just my international ping, Ive had about 6 port refreshes nothing changed, Ive tried different DNS’s my international ping will be at 175ms for about 10 minutes and then it goes back to the mid 200s.

Seeing the same thing, North West. Local is fine but international(EU) is higher than usual.

Kzn too, 200 ping is normal man.
There's no hope for us, just learn to live with it.
