It seems like there are some places with bandwidth. Does anyone know about this implementation? The article states 52 Mbps, but what medium are they using to get out of their LAN?

It looks legit enough. Any infrastructure can be used for a private LAN/WAN if it is owned by one person. Telkom has a LOT to learn about DSL technologies.

must be 52mbps within the estate.
they'll probably have to use telkom infra outside the estate.
