Changed router to ADSL+ but still give same speed,
I will check with Telkom if line is actually VDSL thanks

Telkom did confirm that all in order on their side, i will have to test a VDSL router on the line and take it from there,

Some Feedback:
After reporting a fault with Telkom, a Technician came out and explained that although the call centre tells you that you are
(in my case on a 20mps) VDSL line one must make sure it is not on a "Multi" on their side - he changed it to "VDSL Permanent" and i could immediately see the difference:

Your modem can't do VDSL so unless you now have a VDSL modem you're now on 20Mbps ADSL2+.
You did not read the whole thread. He said he got another VDSL modem/router which is now in use.
