VDSL Settings

Hi, i can't get my router connected to my VDSL account, i'm not sure what the settings should be, can anybody please help?

The router is a ZTE ZXHN H168N and the settings looks like this:

or should the transfer mode be ATM like this? :

i'm having my line tested, i think it might be faulty ... will post when my issue is resolved.

PTM is correct for VDSL.

VLAN switch must be on, VLAN 835.
