VDSL?

Hi there
A customer I service, had no internet for better part of 2 months. She phones me up to tell me that Telkom dropped off a VDSL router at her place, and can I please come and connect it, which I did.

Now she is synching at 20Mbps, but she claims she "signed a contract" and it costs around R389 p/m. Now her ISP is TelkomInternet which drives me mad because its frequently down in the night and then I have to go there to sort the bloody thing out and Telkom don't work after hours which p1sses me off even more (when I worked for the company I had to be available 24/7 but anyways)

Now, I am paying nearly R700 for my 10MBps line at the office, so can someone please enlighten me as to what VDSL really costs or is this just one confused lady.

Got it working this morning. She just SMSed me to tell me its still up and thank you very much and can I invoice her.
