Hi everyone

Does anyone know of a place that specializes in vehicle fluid changing in Cape Town Northern Suburbs? I want to change my antifreeze, gearbox oil, brake fluid etc. G&C is charging me extra labor for these :(

Every place will charge you for doing these.

I thought that since they already doing a service on the car they wont charge extra labour because they would have to drain the engine oil in any case.

No, its more physical work, different pipes and stuff, and then bleeding the brakes and and and. Hell, I sometime have trouble paying them to do such things.

Engine oil is part of a standard service.

All the others aren't and therefore done as required.

You'll pay labour per hour regardless.

But I switched from G&C to Engine Techniques (also in Brackenfell) because G&C were missing details and charging a fortune for it.

Engine Techniques is a small time shop so don't expect a dealership experience like G&C, but you wanted to save money so go there.

Where in Brackenfell? Maybe I should look at them :)
