This is really stupid. Your avoiding a once in a lifetime event of doing some major repairs. By losing 20% plus on depreciation each year.Given the long term cost of repairs and maintenance, the idea is to never own a car. Keep trading in and refinancing everytime the motorplan is about to expire.
My services and maintenance on a old car is way cheaper than a new car.
A way beter argument would be just that you like a new car more and can afford it.
