As most of you already know, Vendetta will be holding one of the biggest and best LAN Events of the year from the 17th-19th of October in Durban at the Gateway Shopping Centre.
The two main games being played will be Call of Duty 4 and Warcraft 3 : DotA
The Prizes being sponsored by Rectron are fantastic, probably the best ever for a South African Team-based LAN. The CoD4 1st place will be receiving Hardware Prizes to the value of approximately R8000 each and DotA approximately R12000 each. The 2nd Place Prizes are also noteworthy. To Sign up is simple and easy, create an account on the website and click on your respective sign up link. Price of entry can also be found on the website. Sign ups are still open, but places are limited so if you are entering with a team e.t.c. it is advisable to get your entries in as soon as possible.
The finals of both the CoD4 and the DotA Competitions will be played in the middle of the Gateway Exhibition Centre (Next to Climbing Wall) on sponsored PC's provided by Rectron - players are to provide their own peripherals.

Please note the CoD4 Competition will be starting at 9.30PM Friday Night at the latest, teams need to be "signed in" by 8pm at the latest aswell or they need to contact me [email protected] if they are arriving on flights e.t.c. and will only be able to attend slightly later.
The Tournament is scheduled to finish Sunday Afternoon.
Also to be noted due to time constraints Teams and players will not be able to play in both the Call of Duty 4 and DotA competitions and will have to choose between one or the other. There will also be a Social LAN for anyone else who is less competitively interested, and the price will be less than if you were entering a tournament.
Finally, from a personal perspective I would just like to say that I am involved in the organizing of this event and it is truly shaping out to be absolutely amazing. Both the Power and the Network have been tested and tried out numerous times and it seems that they will be flawless. The Tournaments will be run to International Standards. Lets make this Vendetta truly Awesome!
