Verified Routers for RSA static IP connections (L2TP without IPSec)

So i cannot find any fino around here and feel there should be something.
Does anybody know what routers are compliant with L2TPv3 (ie with a server secret)

I know the following 2 are but would like to grow the list as i need to purchase one, but dont like the 2 i have listed, well dont like their price.

1.Billion BiPAC 7402GX (Afrihost and AXXESS Recomended)
2.ZyXEL P-2812HNU-F1 (AXXESS Recomended)

I am quite interested in this as we just need the adsl router, not a wireless router. Esquire has the intellinet adsl2+ 300n Router - has anyone used this successfully?

Stay away from the ZyXEL, its terrible.
I have one that I got from axxess for the static IP and it is not great at all.

@Rocket-Boy - I'm going with the Billion myself, but I'm curious, what issues are you experiencing with the ZyXEL?

OK - same problem here - I want to set up the Fixed IP through Afrihost, adn those are the only two modem/routers that they recommend. The issue is that you can't buy them - no stock anywhere.

I did find the Billion on Loot, and purchased two - one for the office and one for home. When the package arrived, I have two Billiobn BiPac 7800NX. Before I open the packaging, will these work? The box says it supports L2TP over IPSec for VPN..

Any advice?
