Verizon ADSL

Hi

since 1 of the seniors in telkom was downing me and interfering because he stayed closer to the exchange in the same area but could not go as high as me even though i was further so he locked my line and made it so no1 beside another senior could up it back. i went to verizons site (verizon business) and it had a package with speeds up to 6mb. i wanted to know if they install lines??? because im tired of telkom and neotel dont cover me
