Verizon FiOS AUP

Got this tidbit from Slashdot. Verizon has made it a AUP violation, and can disconnect your service, for the following:

(b) transmit uninvited communications, data or information, or engage in other similar activities, including without limitation, "spamming", "flaming" or denial of service attacks;

(e) post off-topic information on message boards, chat rooms or social networking sites;

(i) generate excessive amounts of email or other Internet traffic;

(j) use the Service to violate any rule, policy or guideline of Verizon;

Off-topic and flaming posts are now against the AUP? How do they propose to police this? Wait for DMCA-style reports to be made to them? And I like the clarity of (i) and (j) as well.

I wonder how long until Telkom comes up with the same style of AUP.

I doubt it will ever get enforced - it is probably just a safeguard for them.
