ATTENDING: Telkom Engineers
ADDITIONAL: We are currently experiencing problems with our international circuits that run from Johannesburg to Miami and Capetown to Miami .We informed telkom about it they are currently investigating and will keep you updated.We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
 
Oh, it seems you have to be a client, and can only subscribe within their web managment system.

Nope just checked there too... can't subscribe there either... so I'm lost.
