In the case of Andile Mngxitama, I'd say definitely yes.
 
I really wondered why IOL "printed" this after reading it. Some of it is just insane.. but he's right about this:

I like his straight forward attitude to some issues, but then he's obviously very misguided about others. i.e "Mngxitama is the author of Blacks Can’t Be Racist" Which I would really think is just a joke.. but somehow he seems serious even though he can see the reality of other situations pretty well.

Some of it is just insane? This entire piece reeks of being written by a deluded racist moron. Ultimate proof that Verwoerdian reprogramming indeed actually worked.
 
I just read the article and was going to post it here but was beaten to it.

I came from europe towards the end of apartheid, yet I am still like many other white people, targeted by the current state of mind of the majority. The author of that piece should wake up.

Racism isn't only the white exploitation of blacks. It goes for any color race trying to oppress another color. And btw, if it is the same color groups oppressing each other it is called tribalism. It is a disgusting, one sided hatefully written piece of an article.

But then again, to the average joe on the street, they will believe anything they are told. Government is controlling the masses by keeping them stupid. Level of education was already 3 years behind europe when I was in std 2 in 1991, now it is just a joke.

Utterly disgusted that an online publication would publish something like that.
