maybe WBS should let every individual customer know if it is going to work for them or not before they sign on with them

They can give every customer a test as follow:
1. Do you use any other protocols besides HTTP and email?
a) no
b) yes
2. Do you tend to complain when things don't work, and let everyone knows that they don't work, or you just keep quiet?
a) I keep quiet
b) I complain
3. Do you need consistently reliable connection, or you need very fast connection which most of the time cannot be used due to our useless shaping software and our incompetent technical staff?
a) I need very fast connection, irrespective of reliability
b) I need reliable connection
4. Are you happy with using proxies and other "fixes" when stuff don't work for you, instead of complaining that they don't work?
a) yes, I will use "fixes"
b) no, I will complain
...
