I know lockdown hasn't started yet and I don't want to jinx anything but my fibre line with cool ideas over sadv has been rock solid with my family being home and isolated over the last 2 weeks. Its definitely been put through its paces and still going strong. Well done cool ideas!

True story. Hearing from a lot of colleagues working from home about vpn stability and performance issues, and not seeing anything like that here :)

Happy to be getting the service you pay for and they're obligated to provide?
How low our standards of excellence have sunk saying something is excellent because it's been working sans issue for 2 weeks. :D
Besides, it's Cool Ideas. Just a matter of time before it all goes pear shaped anyway. Give it time...its inevitable.

I'm not on CISP, and I've had error free, non disruptive service for 8 months and going. Im thinking I too should start opening threads every 2 weeks because it's been a period of error free operation.

Well I don't get what I pay for as I pay for a 200mbps line but I only get about 90mbps. The reason why I'm happy is because for the past 10 years I've had issues forever with twitch and have had countless isps. In Australia I've never had an issue with twitch but finally here in Africa I can say the same thing.

Sinbad I use Express vpn and it's been working great with cool ideas. Very stable.

Almost everyone I know who has upgraded past 100Mbps and still gets around 90Mbps is due to the fact that their router only has 100Mbps ports. The ethernet overhead is why you don't get even 100Mbps. Once they upgraded their router to one with 1Gbps ports they get the speed they pay for. You should check your router.

Just wanted clarify, I've been with cool ideas about 5 months with great service, I was just commenting on the last 2 weeks as its really been put to the test and has passed with flying colours.
