Very impressed with Nedbank

I went to Nedbank today to open a savvy account. I was helped by the friendliest lady on earth. She helped me so professional, but still not cold, like most these days. There was a few problems with the Fica docs I provided, but still she was so helpful, not just sent me back to get better documents or whatever, she managed to get all right. Must say I was so impressed, and no, she wasn't pretty, or sexy. Just so nice.

Does Nedbank have like a compliments number or something I can use?
