Very Low Speed in Dbn North

The current speed on the tower at the Lady Fatima School in the Durban North area is about 90Kb/s with multiple drop outs!! This really hopeless.
Currently during the week I am experiencing 200Kb/s and sometimes around 1Mb/s from 07h30/08h00 onwards.
But a 05h00 to about 06h30 it is running at 10Mb/s. While I understand the best usage clause this is simply unacceptable.
Is rain channel bonding on the 5G clients or using NSA in the area or what is the problem?

Thank you for attending to my issue and the improvement in the speed from my local tower which is running at around 10Mb/s, it is really much appreciated.
