Very slow browsing speed?

Hi

Is anyone experiencing very slow browsings speeds? I'm in the Pretoria Sunnyside area and I'm on NeoConnect Lite unlimited. My skype seems to work normally, except browsing. I called Neotel and they said they just finished working on the PTA site and everything should be up and going...

I've tried doing a speedtest but the test just won't begin (not to mention it takes forever to load). And it's taking long for this page to load. It was working this morning!!!

Been slow since that little show last night and I'll add that I'm getting mighty ticked off too :mad: Durban and on Prime.
 
Latest update from the callcentre is that they are adding towers, and it will be done by 12:00 midnight. With neotel that meens that it might be solved by the end of the year
 
I'm also in the Pretoria (east) area and the Internet has been useless for the last few days. Can't even send email...

After 3 months using the service I had hoped that I would not have the same problems that some of the other guys have been experiencing... but looks like I'm in the same boat now...

If they are adding towers and there is going to be some kind of network downtime (especially if its more than a day) Neotel would do a lot better just to let their customers know about it beforehand... eish...
 
Crappy Neotel connection made me double post... EVERYTHING times out... :mad: :mad:
