Very slow international

Hi everyone,

Is anyone else experiencing very slow throughput to international services on Neotel's services?

This is one of the longer problems I have had with their service.

I am on the 5mb wimax connection in Johannesburg and when doing speedtests I get 400-500kbps to international servers and full speed on local servers.

Upstream problem (link between Cape and Lisbon)

Seems to have been resolved for now ...
 
My download is still heavily affected while my upload is running at full speed...
 
I am on some sort Neotel product as well an since Tuesday last week I lag on BF European servers even though my speed tests seem to be back to normal
 
We are all facing slow international issues, does anyone know what the issue is?
