I've been trying to sort out my connection problems with VM for a long time now but it has been frustrating to get anybody from VM to answer my emails or calls. They just don't reply or answer anything. I've been sending emails the past 2 or 3 months now. I phoned them 2 weeks ago and was promised that somebody from data support will call back to solve the problem within 48 hours. It's been 2 weeks now NO call received.
I stay in Heidelberg, Gauteng and my phone shows that I have an "Edge" connection. I can't surf the net or download anything it takes forever to open webpages. With my emails I have no problem, they d/load without any problems.
My connection with VC is only GPRS and it's A LOT QUICKER but expensive.
Can anybody please help ?? Are there anything that I can Check or do to sort out the slow opening of webpages and d/loading.
