Very slow pings

I have a cybersmart 384k account and I am experiencing some VERY slow ping times lately (picked it up while playing CSS this weekend)

I have mailed them to ask if there are any issues they are aware of, but would like to find out if anyone else is having similar problems.

Also using a 384 Kb line but my ISP is Telkom. My latency seems fine so its not a SAIX issue....
