Very slow upload speeds - is their a problem?

Since last night I have been getting very slow upstream speeds:

Its been as above for the last 2 days. I use a Poynting D-Antenna to boost signal off a UMTS 900 tower - "Magoza Park".

I've tested this on both the myMTN and mtnvpn APN's. - same result.

Anyone else experiencing a similar issue?
