VGA connector to s-video cable

U get a little gadget thingie, wich u connect either S-video or Composite little pluggie in, and then it has outputs to either VGA or S-Video or Composite.

but last time i checked they aren't cheap. around 700 smackers i believe
 
It is for a client's laptop that only has vga connector as output, and he wants to watch his movies on his tv.
