vga/DVI to hdmi on android Box

Hi Guys

Does the vga or DVI to hdmi adapter work when connected to a media box?
Have a 22" monitor that supports VGA and DVI connector only.

I use this one, works with Fire Stick 4K MAX and Mi-Box 3, also worked with Telkom LIT Box.

Use a soundbar via Bluetooth for Audio.
