I have seen a similiar thread that was posted 2 years ago and please need an update. I recently moved to knightsbridge, century city which singed a contract with vodacom gated services to be the only isp in the complex except for cell phone internet providers. Is there any law that i can go on to demand telkom being my isp as i have business adsl with an uncapped account which i can use at 2 locations. I also work from home sometimes and dont want to change my smtp details for 15 email adress's twice a day...
