Hi Guys, I need some advice.
I bought a 2nd hand 2007 Ford Focus. It only has 35000km's on the clock. In very good condition. But a few days later, when I had to travel a distance on the highway, I noticed some vibrations, mostly in the pedals and steering wheel. The vibration isnt dangerous, but more of an irritant.
I went to Hi-Q and they had a look at the wheels and said that 2 were about worn through (worn marker) and the other 2 back tires looked like they had flat spots, so fine, I bought 4 new tires, had them balanced and aligned.
I take a drive and the vibration is still there. So I decided it had to perhaps be the shocks or suspension. Booked the car in with the Ford Dealership today and they told me they cant find anything wrong with the car, and that I should go back to Hi-Q and get the wheels balanced again, and the shocks tested by them (ford dont do this themselves
)
So now Im off to Hi-Q to get the wheels and shocks tested again.
Is there anything else I should be looking into that could cause something like this?
Any help would be great.
