After inverter tripping and switching over critical loads to AC loads (Eskom)

This 32A breaker of Inverter 1 keeps tripping with Eskom loads over 32 Amps

Pulled 36-46 Amps before Tripping

My thoughts are that either breaker is faulty or too small, incorrectly configured?

Load after switchover

Comment: Your load distribution between phases leaves much to be desired!
Nothing wrong with the CB, you are pushing inverter 1 too hard.

Is that 32 amp breaker the feed into inverter 1?

Yup agree but strange load distribution after switchover seems better, installer says it will put all the main loads on inverter one..

Yet instead of looping in others it just cuts off or trip the breaker, which causes it to drain batteries and low battery cuts whole system

Yes from what I understand, each inverter has a 32A breaker
From Eskom into the inverter?
If so, way too small. The wiring and breakers into the inverter should be capable of your full mains supply, up to about 100 amps, as the inverter is capable of passing through 100 amps from grid to load.

Yes comes from Eskom (Power to Solar) Breaker

Normally changeover is down as above, all loads running from Solar/Inverters, due to load being too much switched it to Eskom (Power on Mains)

That was my thoughts as well

Even on inverter breakers are 63A max

Yet as you say each multiplus is capable of 100 Amps changeover (AC transfer 100A)
