Video card with HDMI output?

Hi Guys, I want to output Audio/Video from HP PC (Internet content) to Yamaha Audio/Video receiver.
I looked at a Video card that Matrix sells, but was told it should work, I must connect a jumper from the Motherboard to the card to get Audio on the HDMI output as well.
Will this work on the HP?If so, where is this jumper?
Here are the specs of the HP:
HP Compaq 6000 Pro SFF Dual Core E5300 (2.60 GHz, 2 MB L2 cache, 800MHz FSB),
Intel Q43 Express Chipset.

Hi TruthSeeking,

I use a ATI HD4850 and I get audio and video to my Yamaha, have to use a DVI to HDMI converter (supplied with the card).
There are a few ATI cards that can do this from what I have read.
