We are a video conferencing vendor. For the last few weeks we have found mobile applications are unusable due almost non existent upload connection (16kb p/s according to our speedtest). Vodacom seems to be somehow blocking international upload.
This problem only occurs when using a Vodacom router or USB device. There is now problem when using a mobile phone as a hot-spot.
This is not a networking issue and only occurs on the Vodacom network. We have encountered this on numerous sites with numerous devices.
We would greatly appreciate some assistance from a Vodacom representative.
