DIY it.

Get 2 nice flatscreens, decent PC with 2 x vga out. Polycom software. An amp if you want decent sound. 4mb connection.

trick question: from where to where?

With VC you only need one thing - bandwidth, bandwidth, and more bandwidth.
Commercial VC solutions are super expensive.
VC & Skype are not the same thing, although most people use Skype as a VC solution and it's good enough.
But once you need HD video forget Skype. and forget ADSL.
