After downloading about 5 videos from sites such as YouTube and various others, all free, my next download starts to hang and will not play. I constantly have to clear my Temporary Internet Files in IE and then reboot the PC. The disk space I use is 1024. After 4 or 5 vids this repeats itself. I have Telkom 384 ADSL and only use IE, Firefox will not load on my PC so please do not suggest I switch to Firefox. I have done a clear up removed all my cookies but this problem still occurs on a daily basis. Any suggestions?

Try Firefox 4 beta then Or google chrome as an alternative.

IE is 4 noobs.

ja, but (s)he doesn't want to because said it won't load. that makes me suspect the computer

Um, obviously. There is probably a failed previous installation that needs to be cleaned out before installing a new version.

Unfortunately with Firefox there are three locations that normally need to be cleaned out...

1) The Program Files Folder
2) The Local Settings Folder
3) The User Data Folder.

make sure you clear all of those of previous installations then try again.
