Ok, this started a couple days ago for some reason. Any video online, be it dstv sport streaming, YouTube, etc has a green strip across the top of the video and the video itself is color mottled. There has been nothing new installed or updated that could have caused it and any video on my PC is fine. I found a video at YouTube with 4 different quality options and tried them all: 240 and 480 = no issue but 360 and 720 = the aforementioned issue 
Does anyone have a clue as to what this could be? I've updated my codecs and the issue remains. Do I need to update my graphics drivers or will that make no difference? I await any info on this.
