Guys, someone help me please ;( I just got my Galaxy s4 a week and a half ago and noticed it will not record videos. I updated to Android 4.2.2 on the phone the other day. Must admit, I love the phone compared to my iphone 4s but i am not loving not being able to take videos which is meant to be a big reason for buying this phone - the great camera quality when I am out and about and dont have my dslr.
Can anyone help me?mthe video camera icon is greyed out and the entire video camera section in the settings is greyed out too. Should I have a specific size setting perhaps when shooting? My photos capture in 4128x2322(16:9) ratio.
Edit: could it be the whole 4.2.2 thing causing an issue? Maybe 4.3 Will fix it....
