but, i found something even better in 2017 when i was cleaning 2 million rands worth of electronics because of sea water corrosion, long story short i saved our company millions as they were going to throw these things away and i saved them, and they're all still working 100% perfect

EDIT: Wurth Rust Off. Not 100% which one i used, will check when back in the office tomorrow

Where can I get isopropyl alcohol?

The electronic hobbyist stores sell them in up to 5l bottles.

Watch out for the alcohol you get at pharmacies. Some of them seems to leave an oily residue.

I think hand sanitizer is the same stuff just with some colouring in it.

Edit: The thin one, not that thick gooey stuff you get at some places.

No, isoprop will gladly remove your skin if you rub it into your hands.

At least at the grade you buy isoprop.

First stick them in the dish washer before you scrub away with isoprop.

I can have a look, it's a possibility. If I remember correctly it had a "spring" type of binder keeping the pages together.
